L&T Finance has raised Rs 360 crore through the allotment of 36,000 Senior, Secured, Rated, Listed, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) having face value of Rs 1,00,000 each through private placement basis, to the identified investors on February 13, 2025. The Debentures are proposed to be listed on the NTRP under New Debt Market of the National Stock Exchange.
