Adani Enterprises’ UAE based joint venture (JV) -- Sirius Digitech (SDL) has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary namely ‘COREDGE.IO’ (CIL). The subsidiary will engage in the business of Cloud Computing Services. The Authorized and Paid-up Share Capital of the subsidiary is $50,000 divided into 50,000 equity shares.
