NIIT Technologies has informed that the ESOP Share Allotment Committee of the company has allotted 29,000 equity shares of face value of Rs.10 each in accordance with the terms of ESOP 2005, on August 7, 2013. Consequent to the said allotment the paid up share capital of the company has gone up to 60,382,445 equity shares of face value of Rs.10 each aggregating to Rs.603,824,450.
