Tata Steel Ltd.

Tata Steel has received approval for issuance of 3,00,000 Fixed Rate, Unsecured, Redeemable, Rated, Listed, non-convertible debenture (NCDs) of face value Rs 1,00,000 each aggregating to Rs 3,000 crore to eligible investors on a Private Placement basis. The Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on February 14, 2025, considered and approved the same.
