BS gets nod to dispose-off stake in BS Enviro Solutions

BS has received its board’s approval to dispose-off the stake held by the company in BS Enviro Solutions and BS Infratel, subsidiaries which are NOT Material non Listed Indian Subsidiaries as defined in Clause 49 of the Listing Agreement. The company’s board gave the approval for the same at its meeting held on August 09, 2013.
