Consider the Declaration of Interim Dividend, if any, for the Financial Year ended December 31, 2024. Further, in reference to the intimation dated December 31, 2024 for closure of trading window, the trading window for the purpose of publication of Audited Financial Statements (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the Quarter and Financial Year ended December 31, 2024 shall remain closed from Wednesday, January 01, 2025 to Sunday, March 02, 2025.
