Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations, SBI Life Insurance Company has informed that the Company has received an order under Section-73 of the BGST and CGST Act 2017 from the Deputy Commissioner of State tax, Patna Special Central, Bihar on February 19, 2025 at 05.15 pm. the Company shall file an appeal before the Competent Authority/ Appellate Tribunal against the said order in accordance with the applicable provisions under Goods and Service Tax Act. The details as required under Regulation 30 read with the schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015 read is enclosed as ‘Annexure - A’.
