Samvardhana Motherson International has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary company, namely, Motherson Treasury Strategy within the jurisdiction of Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM), United Arab Emirates (UAE). The company has incorporated wholly owned subsidiary on February 19, 2025.

Motherson Treasury Strategy will provide various treasury related services including but not limited to cash management, working capital management and financing solutions for SAMIL and its subsidiaries.
