Adani Enterprises’ wholly owned subsidiary-- Adani Road Transport (ARTL) has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary namely ‘Indore Gujarat Road (IGRL)’. The intimation along with Certificate of Incorporation of the same was received by the company on February 21, 2025. IGRL is incorporated with the object to carry out infrastructure related business and to do all necessary and incidental activities in this regard.
