Bajaj Auto’s board has accorded approval to invest funds up to 150 million euro in company’s wholly owned subsidiary -- Bajaj Auto International Holdings BV (BAIH BV), Netherlands. The investment will either in the form of equity capital / preference capital / loan - convertible or otherwise, as may be determined in the due course, in one or more tranches. BAIH BV is engaged in the business of investment.
