Hindalco Industries Ltd.

Hindalco Industries has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Madhya Pradesh government to invest Rs 15,000 crore over the next two years. The new investment aims to further enhance the company's presence and boost the local economy.

The company already has an extensive footprint in the state, with existing investments worth Rs 25,000 crore, primarily focused on its world-class aluminium smelter in Mahan, located in the Singrauli district.

Hindalco Industries is an industry leader in aluminium and copper. The company’s aluminium units across the country encompass the entire gamut of operations from bauxite mining, alumina refining, aluminium smelting to downstream rolling, extrusions, foils and alloy wheels, along with captive power plants and coal mines.
