In accordance with regulation 30 and Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations), Nelco has informed that Farrokh Shroff, Senior General Manager - Digitalization & Quality and Senior Management Personnel of the Company will be superannuated from the services of the Company with effect from 28th February 2025 at the close of business hours. The details as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 (‘SEBI Circular’), are given in Annexure A to this letter.
