KRN Heat Exchanger And Refrigeration Ltd.

KRN Heat Exchanger and Refrigeration has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary company namely 'Thermotech Research Laboratory” on February 26, 2025. The Ministry of Corporate Affairs, has issued a Certificate of Incorporation (COI) on February 27, 2025 for the same. 

The objectives behind the incorporation of the subsidiary are -- to undertake & establish a HVAC&R Lab in India, equipped with the latest testing, validation, and certification technologies; to provide facilities of Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning; to create a platform for training and skill development of engineers, technicians, and professionals in advanced HVAC&R technologies, energy efficiency practices, and refrigerant transition strategies; support the HVAC&R industry by providing reliable, and accurate test results with a fast turnaround time, ensuring better quality control and reduced time-to-market. 

KRN Heat Exchanger and Refrigeration manufactures fin and tube type heat exchangers for the Heat Ventilation Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Industry (HVAC&R).
