Bajaj Finance has raised Rs 776.52 crore through allotment of 7,814, 7.60%p.a. secured redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) at face value of Rs 10 lakh each on private placement basis. Maturity of the said NCDs will be on February 11, 2030.
