Blue Star Infotech’s arm enters into LOI with Trisept Technology LLC, USA

Blue Star Infotech's wholly owned US subsidiary company - Blue Star Infotech America Inc. (BSIA) has entered into a letter of intent (LOI) with Trisept Technology LLC based in Milwaukee, State of Wisconsin, USA to start a joint venture with expertise in the travel services domain. BSIA shall be the major stakeholder in the proposed joint venture.

The proposed joint venture is likely to be titled as ‘Blue7 Solutions LLC’ and is expected to be a centre of excellence for travel service business for the company. It will further enhance their onsite business capabilities and offerings in the US.

Based in Milwaukee, Trisept Technology LLC, a group company of Mark Travels Inc., delivers technology empowering solutions to the leisure travel industry.
