JSW Energy Ltd.

JSW Energy has received approval from Competition Commission of India (CCI) for the acquisition of KSK Mahanadi Power Company (KMPCL). KMPCL, which owns 3600 MW thermal power plant, is undergoing the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CRIP).

Earlier, JSW Energy had emerged as a successful applicant to acquire KMPCL.
