Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Clause 7 of Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015, Britannia Industries has informed that Rajneet Singh Kohli (DIN: 09743554), Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company, has submitted his resignation on 5th March, 2025 to pursue an opportunity outside Britannia. Copy of his resignation letter along with the reasons is enclosed as Annexure-I. The Board of Directors of the Company vide Circular Resolution passed today, 6th March, 2025 has noted the resignation of Rajneet Singh Kohli and he shall be relieved from the services of the Company with effect from close of business hours on 14th March, 2025.
