Hindustan Unilever has informed that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee vide Circular Resolution dated 9th March 2025 has approved the grant of 1,81,159 stock options to the eligible employees under the HUL Performance Share Plan Scheme 2024. The grant of options as per the ‘HUL Performance Share Plan Scheme 2024’, is not a material event for the Company in terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and the disclosure is submitted only for the purpose of shareholder’s information and to ensure transparency.
