Affle (India) has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company have recommended the appointment of Hanny Kusnadi (DIN:10996871) in the capacity of Independent Director for a term of two (2) years with effect from April 08, 2025, subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company. Hanny Kusnadi is not debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of any SEBI order or of any other authority. The details required in terms of Regulation 30 read with Master Circular issued by SEBI in this regard, are given in Annexure I.
