Pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, Zomato has informed that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed from March 15, 2025, till forty-eight hours after the declaration of audited standalone & consolidated financial results of the Company for the financial year ending on March 31, 2025. Designated Persons and their immediate relatives are prohibited to enter into any transaction involving dealing/ trading in securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window. The date of board meeting for consideration & approval of the audited standalone & consolidated financial results of the Company for the financial year ending on March 31, 2025, will be intimated in due course. Further, functionality to restrict trading by Designated Persons (‘DPs’) in the shares of the Company by freezing PAN shall be available from 1st April 2025 on its designated depository portal Central Depository Services (‘CDSL’) in accordance with SEBI Circulars dated August 5, 2022, July 19, 2023, and NSE and BSE FAQs dated March 28, 2024. Therefore, while the Trading window shall stand closed with effect from March 15, 2025, however freezing of DPs PAN will be effective from April 1, 2025, due to above stated reasons.
