Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Angel One has informed about the changes in the Senior Management Personnel of the Company; a) Deepak Chandani, Chief Data O?cer and Senior Management Personnel of the Company has tendered his resignation today i.e. March 15, 2025. The last working day of Deepak Chandani will be April 30,2025; and b) Appointment of Rohit Chatter, Chief Data O?cer forming part of Senior Management Personnel of the Company with effect from today i.e. March 15,2025 The details that are required to be disclosed as per SEBI circular no. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFDPoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13th July 2023 is enclosed as Annexure A. The copy of the resignation letter with detailed reason is enclosed as Annexure B.
