Pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Tech Mahindra has informed about the resolution passed by the Securities Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company today March 18, 2025, for allotment of 75,255 equity shares of ? 5/- each fully-paid, of the Company to the applicants, as detailed hereunder: - 27,805 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under the Employee Stock Option Plan – 2014 (ESOP-2014) and 47,450 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under the Employee Stock Option Scheme – 2018 (ESOP–2018). The company enclosed the statement pursuant to Regulation 10(c) of the SEBI (Share Based Employee Benefits and Sweat Equity) Regulations, 2021.
