Adani Enterprises’ wholly owned subsidiary -- Kutch Copper (KCL) has completed the incorporation process of a joint venture (JV) company namely ‘Praneetha Ecocables’ (PEL) on March 19, 2025 with Praneetha Ventures, KCL shall hold 50% Equity Share Capital of PEL.

The objective of incorporation of joint venture company is to manufacture, market, distribute, buy and sell metal products, cables and wires.
