Power Finance Corporation’s (PFC) arm -- PFC Consulting has transferred its wholly owned subsidiary -- Mundra I Transmission to Adani Energy Solutions for a consideration of Rs 18.65 crore on March 20, 2025. 

Mundra I Transmission is a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) established for the development of ‘Transmission system for supply of power to Green Hydrogen/ Ammonia manufacturing potential in Mundra area of Gujarat under Phase-I: Part B 1 scheme (3 GW at Navinal S/s)’. 

Power Finance Corporation is engaged in providing financial assistance to Power Utilities for meeting financing and development requirements of the power sector.
