Mphasis informs about closure of trading window
Date: 21-03-2025Mphasis has informed that the trading window of the Company, under the Company’s Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, will be closed for the Designated Persons effective 23 March 2025 and shall open 48 hours after announcement of financial results of Mphasis and the Group for the quarter and year ending 31st March 2025.
