Adani Enterprises’ step-down subsidiary-- Cococart Ventures (CVPL) has incorporated a Wholly Owned Subsidiary (WOS) namely ‘Cococart International-FZCO’ (CIFZCO) in Dubai, UAE on March 21, 2025. CIFZCO shall be engaged in overseas trading, in furtherance of CVPL business. CVPL shall hold 100% share capital of CIFZCO.
