SEBI/HO/CFD/CFDPoD1/P/CIR2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, Mphasis has informed that pursuant to its application for adjudication of the stamp duty under the Amnesty Scheme 2023 (Scheme), from Collector of Stamps Enforcement - 2, Mumbai the company has received a demand notice with a significantly reduced stamp duty and penalty, lower than the initial demands.
