63 Moons Technologies has informed that pursuant to the Company’s Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended), the Trading Window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company by Designated persons shall be closed from 1st April 2025 till 48 (Forty-Eight) hours after the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2025 are approved by the Board of Directors and filed with the Stock Exchanges. The date of Board Meeting of the Company to approve the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2025, will be informed in due course.
