GoI transfers 5.54 crore shares of FACT to Special National Investment Fund

The Government of India, Ministry of Chemicals & Fertilizers, Department of Fertilizers, has transferred 5,54,00,424 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each of Fertilisers & Chemicals Travancore (FACT) to the account of Special National Investment Fund to make the company compliant with the minimum public shareholding norms of 10%.

Fertilisers & Chemicals Travancore‘s main business is manufacturing and marketing of fertilisers, caprolactam, engineering consultancy and fabrication of equipment.
