Asian Paints has informed that Jigish Choksi (DIN: 08093304) has tendered his resignation as a Non-Executive Director of the Company, with effect from the close of business hours on 31st March 2025, to pursue his family business and other related interests. Enclosed the resignation letter tendered by Jigish Choksi. The Board of Directors of the Company and the entire Asian Paints family places on record sincere appreciation for his contribution during his tenure as the Non-Executive Director of the Company. Choksi will continue to be associated with the Company in his capacity as a member of the Promoters Group.
