Indo Count Industries to issue OFCWs to fund expansion programme

Indo Count Industries has received an approval to issue Optionally Fully Convertible Warrants (OFCWs) aggregating Rs 5 crore to the Promoters/Promoters group on preferential basis to part fund the proposed expansion programme of the company. The board of director at its meeting held on August 19, 2013 has approved for the same.

Indo Count Industries is engaged in the manufacturing of 100% grey combed cotton yarn and knitted fabric. Its product range includes Cotton yarn, Knitted fabrics and Dyed yarn and core-spun yarn.
