United Spirits has informed that the Board of Directors at its meeting held today has inter-alia approved appointment of Praveen Someshwar, Chief Executive Officer -Designate (DIN: 01802656) as: Additional Director, Managing Director, Chief Executive Officer The appointment is effective 1st April 2025 for a period of five years, subject to the approval of shareholders of the Company. In compliance with circular no. LIST/COMP/14/2018-19 and circular no. NSE/CML/2018/24 dated 20th June 2018 issued by BSE and NSE respectively, Praveen Someshwar has affirmed that he is not debarred from holding the office of director by virtue of any SEBI order or any other such authority.
