Styrenix Performance Materials has informed that pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company by its Designated Persons and their immediate relatives will remain closed from April 01, 2025, in connection with the declaration of the audited financial results of the Company for the fourth quarter and year ended on March 31, 2025. The trading window shall be opened 48 (Forty-Eight) hours after the said results of the Company are declared and disseminated to the Stock Exchanges. The details of the date of Board meeting shall be intimated in due course.
