Further to letter dated 28th March’ 2025, Coal India has informed that details pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations read along with SEBI circular SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 is enclosed as Annexure. It has confirmed that they are not related to any other director of the company. It may further be noted that they are not debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of any order of SEBI/any other authority.
