Wipro’s wholly-owned subsidiary -- Attune Netherlands B.V has transferred its entire shareholding in Rizing Consulting USA, Inc. (wholly-owned subsidiary) to Rizing LLC (wholly-owned subsidiary), effective March 31, 2025. The transaction has been undertaken with the intention to rationalize and simplify the overall group structure.
