Pursuant to regulation 30 read with part A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, VL E- Governance & IT Solutions has informed that the Company has received Income Tax assessment order for the assessment year 2023-24 passed by the income tax department. Based on the Company’s assessment, the aforesaid demand is not maintainable, and the Company is evaluating all options including filing a rectification application or appeal against the order. The Company did not envisage any relevant impact on financials, operations or other activities of the Company. The requisite information as per Para A of Part A of Schedule III under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 is given as Annexure- ‘A’.
