Samvardhana Motherson International’s wholly owned subsidiary -- MSSL Mideast FZE (MSSL ME) has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary, namely Samvardhana Motherson Global Operation FZCO (SMGOF) within the jurisdiction of Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority, United Arab Emirates. 

SMGOF will inter-alia be engaged in the business of providing business consultancy and continuity services to its group companies.

Samvardhana Motherson International is one of the world’s leading specialized automotive component manufacturing companies for OEMs. The company, formerly known as Motherson Sumi Systems was established in 1986 as a joint venture with Sumitomo Wiring Systems.
