NBCC (India) has sold 1,185 residential units at Aspire Dream Valley, Ph-III, Greater Noida (W), Uttar Pradesh, through an e-auction at total sale value of around Rs 1504.69 crore. The company will get marketing fee at 1% of sale value.

NBCC (India) is one of the few public sector companies engaged in the business of project management consultancy services for civil construction projects (PMC), civil infrastructure for power sector and real estate development.
