In continuation to earlier intimation dated March 25, 2025, regarding intimation of the Board Meeting of the Company to be held on April 16, 2025 for consideration of audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025, Angel One has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company, in the aforesaid meeting, will also consider the matter pertaining to recommendation of final dividend, if any, to the shareholders for the financial year 2024-25. Further, pursuant to the Listing Regulations and the amendments made thereto, the Trading Window in respect of equity shares of the Company will remain closed till 48 hours from the conclusion of the aforesaid Board Meeting.
