Swaraj Engines has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held today 16th April, 2025 has considered and approved engine capacity expansion plan from the existing 1,95,000 units to 2,40,000 units per annum to cater the expected future engine demand in the coming years. The total projected outlay for the same would be financed through internal cash generation / surplus funds available with the Company. The details as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated 11th November, 2024 are given in Annexure A to this letter. The meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company commenced at 12:30 pm and concluded at 2:20 pm. This intimation is also being uploaded on the Company’s website at www.swarajenterprise.com.
