Recommend Dividend for the Financial Year 2024-25, if any. Further, pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, and the underlying Code, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company, is closed from April 1, 2025, and shall open 48 hours after declaration of Q4-FY2024-25 Financial Results of the Company, unless otherwise communicated.
