HDFC Life Insurance Company has informed that, based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, the Board of Directors at their meeting held today April 17, 2025, have considered and approved the appointment of Mehta & Mehta, Company Secretaries, (Firm’s Registration no.: P1996MH007500) as Secretarial Auditor of the Company, for a period of five consecutive years commencing from FY 2025-26 to FY 2029-30, subject to the approval of the shareholders’ at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. Relevant details alongwith the brief profile of Mehta & Mehta, is enclosed as Annexure 1. The meeting of the Board commenced at 1.40 pm and concluded at 3.30 pm (IST).
