With reference to the SEBI Circular - SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIRIP/2018/144 dated November, 26, 2018 regarding fund issuance of debt securities by Large Entities, disclosure and compliances thereof by such Large Companies, InfoBeans Technologies has informed that the company does not fall under the category ‘Large corporates’ as per the framework provided in the aforesaid circular. In view of the above, the Company is not a Large Corporate (LC) and is not obliged to file any disclosure as per said circular.
