Hindustan Unilever Ltd.

Hindustan Unilever has completed the acquisition of 90.5% shareholding of Uprising Science (Uprising) and through a combination of primary infusion and secondary acquisition for a total cash consideration of Rs 2706.44 crore, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Share Purchase and Subscription Agreement (SPSA). Consequent to the above acquisition, Uprising and its subsidiaries have become subsidiaries of the Company.

Hindustan Unilever is in the FMCG business comprising primarily of Home Care, Beauty & Personal Care and Foods & Refreshment segments.
