Pursuant to SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/DDHS/DDHS-RACPOD1/P/CIR/2023/172 dated 19 October 2023, regarding the submission of Initial Disclosure and Annual Disclosure / Confirmation within the prescribed due date, by listed entities that were not identified as large corporates, are required to submit confirmation of non-applicability of the said Circular to the Exchange in the specified mode. As required therein, Bajaj Auto has confirmed that the company does not fall under the category of 'Large Corporates' as per the framework provided in the aforesaid circular and hence, the circular is not applicable to the Company.
