In terms of Regulation 30 SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Persistent Systems has informed that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on April 24, 2025 (IST) approved the proposal of Merger of Arrka Infosec (Wholly Owned Subsidiary- WOS) into Persistent Systems (‘Holding Company’ or the ‘Company’) subject to the receipt of necessary statutory approvals in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 through the National Company Law Tribunal route. The details required under the SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, read with SEBI Master Circular dated November 11, 2024, including amendments thereto are enclosed.
