Nestle India has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held today considered and approved the following: Audited Financial Results (standalone and consolidated) for the financial year 2024-25 (AFRs). Enclosed are the AFRs along with the Report of the Auditors thereon; the declaration in respect of Audit Reports with unmodified opinion for the financial year 2024-25; and Press Release relating to the results. The AFRs shall be published in the newspapers as required under the Listing Regulations. The above are also being uploaded on the Company’s website at www.nestle.in; Audited Financial Statements (standalone and consolidated) for the financial year 2024-25 including Balance Sheet as on 31st March 2025 and Statement of Profit and Loss and the Cash Flow Statement for the financial year ended on that date; and recommended final dividend of Rs 10 (Rupees ten only) per equity share of the face value of Re 1 (Rupee one only) each for the financial year 2024-25 on the entire issued, subscribed and paid-up share capital of the Company of 964,157,160 equity shares of face value of Re 1 (Rupee one only) each; etc.
