Container Corporation Of India has informed that pursuant to Listing Regulations, a meeting of the Board of Directors of CONCOR is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 22nd May, 2025 to consider the approval of Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2025. In the said meeting, the Board may also consider declaration of Final Dividend for 2024-25, if any, subject to approval of shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting. Further, it is informed that the Trading Window for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company is closed for all designated persons & their immediate relatives for the period from 1st April, 2025 till the expiry of 48 hours after declaration of the Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2025.
