Maruti Suzuki India has enclosed the following: 1) Audited financial results for the year ended on 31st March 2025 as approved by the board of directors in its meeting held today. (Annexure - A); 2) Auditors’ Report (Annexure - B); 3) The Board has recommended a dividend as mentioned in the notes to the financial results enclosed as Annexure - A. The dividend on equity shares for the year ended 31st March 2025, if declared at the ensuing Annual General Meeting, will be paid to the Members as at the close of business hours on Friday, the 1st August 2025 (Record Date). The date of payment of dividend is 3rd September 2025; 4) The annual general meeting of the Company shall be held on 28th August 2025. The board meeting commenced at 11:00 am and concluded at 1:50 pm.
