Hindustan Zinc has informed that Board of Directors of Hindustan Zinc (the Company), at its meeting held today, Friday, April 25, 2025, has approved the following: Audited Consolidated and Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the Fourth Quarter and year ended March 31, 2025 (Financial Results); The Financial Results shall also be made available on the website of the Company at https://www.hzlindia.com/; Audit Report for Financial Results from Statutory Auditors of the Company, S.R. Batliboi & Co. LLP, Chartered Accountants, in terms of Regulation 33 and 52 of the SEBI Listing Regulations. The report of the Auditors is with unmodified opinion with respect to the Financial Results; The Board of Directors, upon the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, approved the extension of the tenure of Arun Misra as CEO & Whole-time Director (KMP) of the Company for a period of 1-year with effective from June 01, 2025, to May 31, 2026, subject to the approval of the shareholders.
